Top Broker Honoree: CJ Osbrink, NKF

Since relocating to Phoenix in July 2016, CJ Osbrink has been instrumental in growing NKF’s investment sale market share. Racking up $285.4 million in 2019, Osbrink’s largest and most influential deal involved the sale of the largest offices in Arizona. This was the Grand at Papago Park, Phase I, which traded for $90 million. The price per square foot represented a high-water mark for the sale of multitenant office properties, as well as clocking in the highest price-per-square-foot paid for multitenant office properties in the state of Arizona, over $30 million.

Another high-water mark for Osbrink was the sale of 3900 Camelback Center for $54.5 million. At just over $300 per square foot, the transaction represented one of the highest in the Camelback Corridor in 2019. In both cases, properties sold to first-time, out-of-state buyers.
