The team has completed over 280 transactions and closed more than $1.3 billion in sales over the past 14 years. They were ranked the number one multi-tenant retail agents companywide for the State of Florida from 2010 to 2015.

Olson and Kristol are seven-time winners for both the Sales Recognition Award and the Top 5 Agent in the Miami Regional Office Award, and received the National Achievement Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
