The Colliers International team of Todd Noel and Ryan Timpani celebrated a successful 2019, closing out a total volume of $563.3 million in office leasing, totaling 2.2 million square feet and 51.7 acres.

One of the year’s highlights focused on the CIOX Health lease for 99,851 square feet at the Concorde Commerce Center in West Phoenix. The tenant needed a regional headquarters, and Noel and Timpani pursued the company, ultimately helping it consolidate three different sites, involving staged takedowns and staggered commencement dates. In addition to finding CIOX the right space, the deal also helped the landlord, ViaWest, stabilize the asset.

Through this transaction, Noel and Timpani demonstrated initiative to pursue the tenant, which hadn’t been in the market, and negotiating skills to get the user onboard, and to help establish the real estate consolidation.
