Top Brokers: SRS’ Matt Mousavi and Patrick Luther

Based in Newport Beach, CA, SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group (NNLG) was founded by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther in 2016. With the NNLG platform firmly in place, Mousavi and Luther have turned their attention to long-term sustainable growth by adding net lease professionals in 13 additional markets across the U.S. and expanded their leadership team with the addition of Patrick Nutt as executive vice president in SRS’ South Florida office.

Within SRS, Mousavi and Luther have been named the #1 top producing brokers nationally for three years running. 2019 was no exception, with the team achieving $1.8 billion in deal volume. Mousavi and Luther credit their success in part to their centralized marketing and underwriting platform based in Newport Beach.
