Top Broker Honoree: NKF’s Tom Miller

NKF Executive Managing Director Tom Miller finished 2019 with nearly $100 million in office leasing transactions under his belt. Miller oversees the marketing and leasing for a number of Class A office properties located throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Highlights for Miller in 2019 included signing a 15-year, 59,000-square-foot WeWork deal in September, likely one of the last leases signed by WeWork in the country.

Miller also secured a 10-year office lease with EarthLink at Lakeside Commons, as part of a rebranding that served to reintroduce the 25-year-old Atlanta-based company.
