Top Broker Honoree: CBRE’s Robert McEwan

CBRE’s Robert McEwan has been called “The Land Guru” for his work selling development sites in Central Florida for the past 31 years. In 2019, he brokered $168 million of sales across six transactions.

Notable transactions included the sale of two parcels to Universal, where they are proposing their new Epic Universal theme park, which is slated to be the largest theme park in the world. Another notable deal was the 400 acres sold in Horizon West, one of the fastest-growing submarkets in Orlando. McEwan’s deal helped bring other buyers to the market.

Additionally, McEwan sold an island in Naples, which shows a diversity in his clientele, and ability to work on all different kinds of land deals.
