Top Broker Honoree: Marcus & Millichap’s Nate McDaniel

Nate McDaniel and his team of agents at Marcus & Millichap had a successful 2019 that included more than $125 million in sales across the Southeast encompassing 41 transactions.

McDaniel’s team covers several markets in the Carolinas and Georgia, including Raleigh, Greensboro, Asheville, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Charleston, Greenville and Atlanta.

During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, McDaniel and his team have closed more than $300 million in real estate transactions focused primarily on the A/B/C market rate, student housing and LIHTC apartments, along with undeveloped land and manufactured housing across the Southeast.
