Top Broker Honoree: CBRE Southeast Multifamily

In a year that saw more than $7.6 billion in deals, CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily team’s most notable transactions included the sale of Broadstone Yards, an apartment community in Atlanta’s burgeoning West Midtown area, as well as the sale of Novel Stonewall Station, a luxury transit-oriented apartment project in Charlotte’s Uptown market.

Based in Atlanta, the CBRE team is involved in some of the most high-profile multifamily deals in the Southeast. The group not only has local market expertise, but also wide-ranging specialties from Class-A properties to affordable housing.

Additional notable transactions the team handled included a three-property portfolio in Atlanta’s booming Perimeter Center market, and the ATL Delta Portfolio, a collection of six institutionally-owned properties in south Atlanta.
