Top Broker Honoree: Marcus & Millichap’s Andrew Margulies

With a focus on shopping centers and net-leased properties in 2019, Marcus & Millichap’s Andrew Margulies saw more than $108 million in transactions for his team. Margulies and his group specialize in retail, medical, and mixed-use assets in Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston and Chicago.

Margulies excels at understanding and aligning with landlords’ disposition goals, and develops pricing evaluations and marketing strategies to help them achieve maximum values. In addition, Andrew creatively solves complex issues during contract negotiations and escrow management to ensure that transactions close in a timely manner.

Margulies is a native of Raleigh and was a key figure in the opening of Marcus & Millichap’s Raleigh office in 2008. In 2017, he was promoted to First Vice President of Investments at the firm, and has received multiple National Achievement Awards during his tenure.
