Top Broker Honorees: CL Properties’ Carmela Lorella, Travis Sachs, David Costello

Handling both commercial and residential sales, the CL Properties division of Boston Realty Advisors is a leading luxury brokerage, and reportedly the #1 listing and selling brokerage team on Boston’s Waterfront. Led by Carmela Laurella, and also including Travis Sachs and David Costello, the team is within the top 1% of Boston’s residential brokers and has a 2019 total sales volume of more than $100 million, in asset classes ranging from residential condominiums to multifamily and retail.

Laurella is affectionately known as the “Queen of the Waterfront,” and specializes in selling property on what she calls Boston’s “Gold Coast,” a quarter-mile of high-end housing that is known for extravagant views, private boat docks and spectacular condominium residences and townhouses.
