The sales of Skyloft at the University of Texas-Austin broke records for the highest price per unit in the history of Austin. Skyloft, in fact, was the largest, single-asset, student-housing transaction for 2019. The group also facilitated the sale of SOVA, adjacent to Kennesaw State University, bringing in another huge price, and representing another large single-asset student-housing sale for the year.
