Top Brokers Honorees: Marcus & Millichap’s Glen Kunofsky and NNN Pro Team

Led by Glen Kunofsky in New York, the NNN Pro team of Marcus & Millichap includes up to 50 of the leading brokers and transaction professionals in the net lease industry. Last year was exceptional for Kunofsky and the NNN Pro team, which closed more than 500 transactions in 2019.

Among the year’s highlights, the NNN Pro team facilitated three institutional Master Lease Car Wash deals totaling approximately $180 million. Each of these was a complex transaction encompassing multiple properties throughout nine states. The team runs sale-leaseback programs for some of the nation’s largest retailers and private equity firms, including Carrols Corporation, Panera Bread and Golden Gate Capital.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
