Avery Klann, Hampton Beebe and Patrick Dufour lead NKF’s Multifamily Investment Sales Teams throughout Florida. The statewide team, with offices in South Florida, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville, includes 22 investment sales brokers, four capital markets brokers and a full support team.

In 2019, the team completed more than $4 billion in deals across 101 transactions. Under the leadership of Klann, Beebe and Dufour, the collective team offers a fully array of services to its multifamily clients, including land sales, joint venture / acquisition equity and investments sales.

Notable transactions in 2019 include Icon Harbor Island, a core high-rise property with a sale that marked the largest multifamily transaction in Tampa Bay history; Verona View in Plantation, a core, plus garden-style asset that sold off-market for a family office where the NKF team was able to secure a buyer under tight time frames to meet 1031 exchange requirements; and Polo Glen, a 252-unit value-add transaction in Melbourne that marked the new record for price per unit for a value-add opportunity in the Melbourne MSA.
