Top Broker Honoree: Rosewood Realty’s Aaron Jungreis

A commercial broker for more than 25 years, Aaron Jungreis is regarded as a consummate dealmaker. The founder of Rosewood Realty Group proved his mettle in 2019, completing more than $700 million in transactions even as the climate for multifamily investment properties in New York City changed midyear with the passage of more stringent rent regulations statewide.

One of Jungreis’ signature deals in 2019 was the $76.25-million sale of Highbridge House at 1133 Ogden Ave. in the Highbridge section of the Bronx. He represented both the seller of the 400-unit high-rise, Stellar Management, and the buyers, a partnership of Camber Property Group and partner Belveron Real Estate Partners. The new ownership planned to return Highbridge House to the Mitchell-Lama affordable housing program.
