Top Broker Honorees: IPA’s Stanford Jones, Salvatore Saglimbeni, Philip Saglimbeni

The team of Stanford Jones, Salvatore Saglimbeni, and Philip Saglimbeni, with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors division, features 75 years-plus of combined major multifamily brokerage, analysis and underwriting experience in Northern California. The team has sold more than $13 billion of multifamily real estate in Northern California, representing 219 properties, and maintains the dominant market share in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In 2019, there was approximately $4.64 billion worth of 100-unit-plus multifamily transactions within the nine-county Bay Area. The Jones/Saglimbeni/Saglimbeni team handled more than one-third of this total on their way to surpassing $2 billion in transactions last year. Their largest deal was the $292-million sale of the Village Residences, a 300-unit complex in Mountain View.
