Top Broker Honorees: IPA’s Gregory S. Harris, Joseph Grabiec, Kevin Green

As some of the most notable advisors of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, the team of executive managing director investments Gregory S. Harris and senior directors Joseph Grabiec and Kevin Green closed 25 multifamily deals and achieved sales volume of $815,000,000 in 2019.

One of the team’s most significant transactions last year was the sale of the Pearl on Wilshire, a seven-story, 346-unit multifamily property on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood, which sold for $170,875,000. This sale made an impact because, over the past several years, Koreatown has generated an influx of investment and development rivaling that of entire cities, entering the national spotlight as one of California’s fastest-growing and most vibrant submarkets.
