SVP and branch manager for Savills’ Boston office, James Halepis has completed more than $1 billion of transactions in his career. With more than 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and mid-market companies on their multi-market real estate needs, Halepis specializes in developing sound real estate strategies and consistent real estate processes with a particular focus on executing brokerage transactions in a multitude of markets, both foreign and domestic.

In 2019 alone, Halepis executed transactions in excess of $87 million. His most notable deals include Western Paper in Denver (150,000 square feet), and East Coast Metals in Durham, NC (100,000 square feet).

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
