Top Broker Honoree: Marcus & Millichap’s Evan Griffith

Evan Griffith runs the top-producing multifamily team in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, alongside partner Tony Pepdjonovic, who was a 2019 honoree in Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards. Griffiths has his finger on the pulse of every major submarket through greater Boston, and has helped double the firm’s market share in apartments from 2018 to 2019 by orchestrating the sale of 27 transactions this past year.

Most notably, in 2019, Griffith was responsible for the sale of 840 Massachusetts Ave. in Arlington, MA for $16,000,000. He brings a keen understanding of deal execution on all levels, having successfully brokered through some of those most challenging parts of the cycle over his 10-year career.
