Top Broker Honorees: Savills’ John Goodman and Eric Feinberg

In the course of a year that saw them complete more than 1.6 million square feet of leasing transactions, Savills’ John Goodman and Eric Feinberg arranged one of downtown Chicago’s largest relocations and one of the suburbs’ most notable expansions.

Downtown, RSM required 170,000 square feet of modernized space to accommodate growth while remaining in the immediate vicinity. Goodman and Feinberg strategically leveraged the client’s size and long-term occupancy to convince ownership of 30 South Wacker that RSM would be an ideal fit for a space that had other potential takers.

In suburban Deerfield, IL, Lundbeck needed additional space at its U.S. headquarters, 6 Parkway North. Goodman and Feinberg convinced Lundbeck decision-makers in Denmark to take 6 Parkway space that was being vacated by Walgreens.
