Top Broker Honoree: NKF’s Steven Golubchik

Steven Golubchik serves as NKF’s vice chairman and head of capital markets in Northern California. During 2019, Golubchik closed $3 billion of investment sales transactions. A highlight of the year was the $429-million sale of HQ@First in north San Jose to Japan-based Mori Trust.
