Steve Gebing and Cliff David are among the top brokers of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division. In a standout year, which included a volume totaling $1.6 billion over the span of 41 property sales, one of the most notable dispositions focused on The Harper, a 367-unit condominium-quality apartment complex. Built in 2018, the asset, which is situated near area employment centers and plenty of nearby amenities, sold for $93.8 million.

Since joining the company more than 12 years ago, Gebing and David have earned a solid reputation as one of the top multifamily investment teams in Arizona. They have received Marcus & Millichap’s Circle of Excellence award and Chairman’s Club award for the past three years, while also being the recipient of the firm’s highly competitive National Achievement and Sales Recognition Award for nearly a decade.
