The CBRE team of Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon and Will Mast succeeded in completing more than $748 million in office sales during 2019, totaling more than four million square feet. The team was responsible for three of the five brokered office sales over $100 million from 2018 to the present. During the past year, the team sold 47% of total office sales over $50 million, 42% of total square footage sold, and 38% total dollar volume.

One of the highlights for the team involved the sale of a $107.7-million, four-building office portfolio to Innovatus. Gable, Marchildon and Mast represented seller Harvard Investments and Lincoln Property Co. in the transactions. The team also represented Wentworth Property Co. and Northwood Investors in the $71.5-million sale of The Almeda to Ascent Real Estate Advisors.
