Top Broker Honorees: Savills’ Tom Fulcher, David Lipson, Julie Rayfield and Art Greenberg

The Savills Mid-Atlantic team has been together for more than 30 years and has grown to 15 people, providing a broad range of services to private sector and government tenants.

In 2019, the group, which includes Tom Fulcher, David Lipson, Julie Rayfield and Art Greenberg, was responsible for more than $1 billion in deals across 40 transactions. Last year featured several smaller to mid-sized transactions in D.C. and around the country for the group, as well as some larger confidential government transactions.

Work completed in previous years included creating buildings for major law firms that were not even being contemplated until this team brought the site and the firm together.
