One of the team’s highlights focused on Stella at Riverstone, a Class A apartment complex in the Houston suburb of Sugar Land, TX. The transaction ended up setting a new pricing record for the metro, while requiring special insights on the marketing, sale and closing of the property. The Sugar Land submarket hadn’t experienced much multifamily construction, and this played into the process of marketing and closing this coveted property.
