Larry Downey and Brett Thompson are a tenant representation advisory team with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. During 2019, the team completed 55 lease and sale office transactions, totaling more than 2.1 million square feet, with a total sales consideration of $263 million. The transactions included four corporate/regional headquarters relocations, and four new Arizona companies.

Their efforts resulted in 800 new jobs to the Valley, and the ability for up to 1,600 WeWork members to office in downtown Phoenix. Downey and Thompson succeeded in this endeavor, thanks to their strong relationships with the local economic agencies and municipalities.

Clients for which the team worked included Ernst & Young, CarMax, Dignity Heath, Pearson Education and 23andMe.
