In one of the most significant leases executed in 2019 in the region, he initiated a confidential market analysis in an extremely active market on behalf of the client. That evaluation required leveraging specialty service lines and tools to ensure the client’s rigid requirements were met, as well as the structuring of creative lease terms to accommodate the client’s long-term real estate plan.
