Top Broker Honorees: R. Craig Coppola, Andrew Cheney, Gregg Kafka, Lee & Associates
Lee & Associates’ Coppola-Cheney Group consists of R. Craig Coppola, Andrew Cheney and Gregg Kafka. During 2019, the Phoenix-based group closed $305.9 million in office leases and sales nationally, totaling more than 1.6 million square feet.
Highlights included 71 tenant representation deals for clients Gammage & Burnham, Childhelp, Fennemore Craig and AFS Technologies, as well as agency leasing at locations such as SkySong, Renaissance Square and Park Central in Midtown Phoenix. The team also handled the sale of 6991 East Camelback and Pima Center.
The team, which out-produces other office teams in the area, and is Lee & Associates’ highest-producing group, also takes on the role of speakers at industry and other events.
