Top Broker Honorees: Colliers International’s Bill Condon, Matt McGregor

Colliers International’s Bill Condon and Matt McGregor specialize in the representation of industrial tenants and landlords across the United States and abroad. The pair are Seattle market leaders in the disposition and acquisition of both owner/user and investment properties.

They operate from the idea that real estate is more than just space for office, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or other industrial operation. They believe it is a critical element to successfully serving clients and customers, and producing, packaging and delivering product in a competitive timeframe.

Highlights of the year included locating and negotiating a deal for Port Logistics Group to take a 263,000-square-foot distribution and fulfillment facility and a five-acre trailer storage facility being developed by Prologis in Sumner, WA; the sale of two trophy industrial assets, North Auburn Logistics in Auburn, WA and The Reserve @ Woodinville in Woodinville, WA, for a combined $87.6 million involving Panattoni Development Company, Inc., LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. and Black Creek Group; and Automatic Products’ lease of 112,100 square feet at Sumner Ridge, a property under construction in Sumner, WA.
