Top Broker Honoree: Colliers Tampa Industrial Team

Colliers’ Tampa Industrial team completed more than $217 million in deals during the course of 2019 across 70 transactions. The team’s platform consists of three key pillars: landlord leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. Team members include Ryan Vaught, Robyn Hurrell, Oliver de la Croix-Vaubois and LB Sierra.

Notable transactions in 2019 included the successful delivery of the 424,500-square-foot I-4 Logistics Center, and the 841,849-square-foot Key Logistics Center by Blue Steel Development. Partnering with the Vaught Hurrell duo, the group successfully traded both developments to Dalfen Industrial and Alpha Industrial, respectively.

Additionally, In Q3 2019, Becknell Industrial completed Phase I of their first Tampa development project, Becknell at Madison Industrial. Within 90 days of the certificate of completion, the Vaught Hurrell duo successfully leased 100% of Building 200 and 35% of Building 100.
