Top Broker Honoree: Boston Realty Advisors’ Wil Catlin

Leading a Boston Realty Advisors team that also includes Bonny Doorakian, Robert LeClair and Peter Bean, Wil Catlin dominates the market in terms of the sheer number of leasing transactions: 141 in 2019 alone, representing both tenants and landlords. The team’s work is known throughout Back Bay, Financial District, Seaport, SoWa, Somerville and East Cambridge.

Catlin and his team work with multiple owners to reimagine their property, while maximizing space and ROI. They’ve done countless deals on Newbury Street with tenants within the TAMI sector, VC firms and private equity companies. Boston is fortunate to have a lot of brick-and-beam real estate, providing up-and-coming tenants the opportunity to lease office space with full-floor presence, versus a small section in a tall glass and steel building.
