Top Broker Honoree: Berkadia Central/North Florida Team
With 86 years of collective experience, Cole Whitaker, Mary Beale, Lauren Gassie, Jason Stanton, Greg Rainey, and David Etchison have become a leading team in Florida multifamily, closing over 15,064 units totaling more than $1.6 billion in sales since 2017.
In 2019, the group closed over $751 million in deals across 30 transactions, and a total of 5,703 units.
Notable transactions included the $76.2 million sale of a five-property, central and north Florida multifamily portfolio. Properties were located in Daytona Beach, Gainesville and Tampa Bay. The team leveraged their understanding of Florida’s population and labor growth, to secure a buyer, GoldOller Real Estate Investments, for all five properties that allowed the client, McKinley Properties, to maximize returns for their investors efficiently.
