Top Broker Honoree: NKF Atlanta Team
Vice Chairmen David Gutting and Derrick Bloom are responsible for NKF’s Atlanta area conventional multifamily investment sales business, working closely with Director Hunter Amos and Associate Director Brandon Beaty, while Executive Managing Directors Vince Lefler and Tarek El Gammal lead the company’s Nashville multifamily investment sales operation. Collectively, the group completed nearly $2.7 billion in sales in 2019.
Notable transactions in 2019 included the closing of Alpharetta City Center and Edge on the BeltLine in Atlanta, as well as 505 in Nashville.
Alpharetta City Center garnered the highest price per unit in suburban Atlanta ever documented, while Edge was an off-market transaction that brought the highest price per unit to date for a property located along Atlanta’s popular BeltLine multi-use trail. 505 Nashville was the first true high-rise, Class AA asset in the city of Nashville garnering national attention from buyers and pricing at almost $400,000 per unit.
