Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Thomas Ashe

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield as executive director in early 2018, Thomas Ashe has proven to be a significant addition to the Boston brokerage team. His work on high-profile deals such as Workbar’s new headquarters at 24 School St., Santander’s 100,000-square-foot deal at 75 State St., and Morgan Stanley’s consolidation of its Boston operations at 28 State St. are testaments to his productivity and client focus.

One of his most notable accomplishments this past year was bringing the Boston Celtics’ front office to the new office space at The Hub on Causeway. Identifying this opportunity for the team’s professional staff was an endeavor wrapped in complex and delicate negotiations, but Ashe’s expertise and foresight meant closing the deal without any hiccups.
