CBRE’s Tyler Anderson, Sean Cunningham, Asher Gunter and Matt Pesch form one of nine teams comprising CBRE’s National Multifamily Partners. In 2019, the team closed $3.15 billion in sales, totaling 15,546 units. The foursome was responsible for winning and closing eight of the 10 largest multifamily transactions in metro Phoenix.

One such transaction involved the sales of the 644-unit Denim Scottsdale. The team sold the property for $141.25 million to Bluerock Real Estate, on behalf of TruAmerica Multifamily. The team also represented JLB Partners LP in the $117.8-million sale of the 365-unit Carter to Redwood Capital Group.

Furthermore, the team set a historic price-per-unit Phoenix benchmark with the Sale of Alta Drinkwater ($347,112 per unit), then beat its own record the following week, with the $373,494-per-unit sale of District at Scottsdale.
