The team of Thomas Alleman, Russell Jones, Brandon Miller and W. David Mitchell is responsible for NKF’s Houston-area conventional multifamily investment sales business, which, in 2019, comprised $2.96 billion in sales and totaled more than 50% of Houston’s overall market share.

The closing of the Willowick Park Portfolio and the Hills Portfolio are among the team’s most notable accomplishments for the year. Willowick Park represented a best-in-class institutional portfolio of three adjacent multifamily properties and one land deal located in the heart of Houston. The apartments were built by local firm Martin Fein Interests.

Meanwhile, the Hills Portfolio consisted of a value-add portfolio, located in three major Houston submarkets, which generated interest from both major institutional groups and private investors.
