Brodkin and Cannon Come Aboard at Cushman & Wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield recently appointed two veteran commercial real estate professionals to co-lead the Greater Los Angeles market. The firm named Phil Brodkin to the role of managing principal of Los Angeles, overseeing the downtown, West LA, North LA and South Bay areas, and Cody Cannon to the role of managing principal of Orange County and Inland Empire.
Brodkin and Cannon will report to Dan Broderick, Cushman & Wakefield’s West region president.
“Greater Los Angeles is a flagship market for Cushman & Wakefield and a top priority for our firm,” says Broderick. “Collectively, Phil and Cody will focus on driving performance and ensuring we continue to deliver the best outcomes for our clients across the region.”
Brodkin brings nearly 20 years of industry experience across a variety of services. Prior to his new role, Brodkin served as Los Angeles market leader for Newmark as well as the national leader of industrial and logistics services. Cannon has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets. Previously, Cannon served as co-executive managing director of the Greater Los Angeles region for Colliers.
