Broderick Group Adds 30-Year Veteran to Office Leasing Team

Broderick Group, Inc. has added Larry Almeleh to its Seattle brokerage team. He brings more than 30 years of Seattle office leasing experience representing both tenants and landlords.

Almeleh was previously a partner at Washington Partners prior to its sale to JLL, where he was a managing director for six years. He was most recently a managing director at Tishman Speyer in the company’s Seattle regional office.

At Broderick Group, Almeleh will continue to focus on the Seattle office market in addition to growing the firm’s presence in the area.
