Brock Emmetsberger Joins B6 with Focus on Chelsea, Village
Brock Emmetsberger has joined B6 Real Estate Advisors as senior managing director. A 17-yearindustry veteran responsible for more than $1.7 billion of transactions throughout his career, Emmetsberger will oversee investment sales for B6’s Chelsea and Greenwich Village territories.
Emmetsberger most recently served as managing director in the capital markets group at JLL, where he focused on Downtown Manhattan investment sales. Prior to JLL, he was first VP of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2014.
“I am beyond fortunate to be working with Brock again,” said B6 founder Paul Massey. “I have watched him grow his business over nearly two decades and his accomplishments are a testimony to his expertise.”
On an annual basis, Emmetsberger reportedly participates in approximately 20% of all commercial property sales transactions in Chelsea and has set records repeatedly for multifamily and land pricing in the neighborhood.
