Broadway Title Building Sells to Dallas Buyer, Via Auction
An entity dubbed Mercury SA LP acquired the 140,720-square-foot Broadway Title building and a neighboring 2,420-square-foot bank at a foreclosure auction, paying $12.7 million in the process. Mercury SA is addressed to Caleb Trotter, who is, in turn, listed as a shareholder with Dallas-based Munsch, Hardt, Kopf & Harr PC.
The properties’ seller was not known, with Brass San Pedro Partners having owned the assets until last year. Brass’ Rick Rodriguez told the San Antonio Business Journal that his company transferred ownership to another entity, but would not say what it was, due to a non-disclosure agreement.
The Broadway Title building, at 10010 San Pedro Ave., is 64% occupied, with 50,612 square feet vacant. The adjacent bank is vacant. Stream Realty Partners is leasing and managing the assets.
