Broadway Construction’s Martin Named President

Everard Martin has been named president of Broadway Construction Group (BCG), an organization which the industry veteran joined in 2015. As president, he will streamline internal communications while leading a strategic growth initiative that will include filling a number of newly established roles, including directors of marketing, business development, operations, safety and risk management.

Martin has more than 35 years of diversified industry experience. Before joining BCG, he was with Plaza Construction for 20 years, overseeing such projects as Morgan Stanley’s $500-million Purchase, NY campus, JPMorgan’s Park Avenue headquarters, and several residential projects. Earlier in his career, he worked at the New York State Dormitory Authority and George A. Fuller Construction.

Since joining BCG as a VP, Martin has overseen some of the firm’s most significant and challenging projects for clients including RXR Realty and GFI Development Company.
