Broadway Construction Group Adding Resi in Prime East Village Location

Broadway Construction Group (BCG) will develop a residential project at 351 E.10th St. In the East Village. The proposed development entails construction of an eight-story building that will occupy approximately 3.350 square feet and provide 28 apartment units.

The design team consists of Goshow Architects, Silman Structural engineers, Star Tech Engineering, and MEP Engineering, P.C.

This location is prime for residential construction, being a short walk from the First Avenue subway station and Tompkins Square Park. It is also convenient to a wide variety of retail outlets such as restaurants, bars, and various shopping locations.

“East Village is a neighborhood whose reputation precedes it as one of the city’s premier residential neighborhoods,” said Everard Martin, president, BCG. “Its diverse population, bustling nightlife, and numerous retail offerings made it an incredibly desirable location, and Broadway Construction Group is proud to use its services to bring that experience to more people.”
