Drawbridge Realty has reached 100% occupancy at Discovery Corporate Center after signing semiconductor company Broadcom to a 91,000-square-foot lease extension at the facility in San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo submarket. The transaction is Drawbridge’s second lease completed at the Discovery Corporate Center campus in the last nine months.

“We were very happy to collaborate with our longtime tenant Broadcom to ensure the company’s ongoing presence within Discovery Corporate Center,” said Drawbridge Realty COO, Charlie McEachron.

Drawbridge is clearly bullish on Rancho Bernardo, after beginning construction of 16707 Via Del Campo last year, the first spec office building to be developed in the market in the last decade. The 83,000-square-foot, three story, Class A office building features 15-foot ceilings, abundant natural light and outdoor balcony space, which will likely appeal to a wide range of office, R&D engineering and life science users. The building is scheduled for completion in Summer 2023.
