Brixton Capital Hires Brad Barsily as Managing Director

Brixton Capital, a private real estate investment firm headquartered in San Diego, has hired Brad Barsily as managing director, capital markets. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate business development and client/investor-facing leadership, with extensive knowledge executing investment strategies that include joint ventures, portfolio and entity-level recapitalizations, GP co-investments and closed-end funds.

Prior to joining Brixton, Barsily leveraged his investor network at Denver-based FrontRange Capital as managing director and co-Head of capital markets. Over the past decade, he also led all capital raising activities for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners and was responsible for CBRE Capital Advisors’ U.S. institutional capital raising business.

“Our firm’s continued success hinges on strong investor relations, and our investors couldn’t be in better hands than Brad’s,” said Brixton chair Marc Brutten. “His stellar record of raising institutional capital by cultivating trust and alignment with investment partners will undoubtably propel our firm forward.”

Be there in person for the 8th Annual Connect Los Angeles 2024, May 1 at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown. Industry leading experts will share insights and forecasts on today’s CRE markets.
