Brixmor Sells Clovis, CA Retail Center for $45M
Clovis Commons Shopping Center, a 326,608-square-foot community shopping center in Clovis, CA, has traded hands for $45 million. New York-based Brixmor Property Group divested the property to an unnamed affiliate of a SoCal-based privately-held investment and management company.
Anchored by Target, Best Buy, T.J. Maxx, PetSmart, Office Depot and Dollar Tree, the center’s five major tenants included in the sale together occupy roughly 64% of the gross leasable area. Target, which features a full-size grocery department, and totals 145,653 square feet, was not a part of the sale.
The property is situated in one of the most affluent residential communities in Central California, roughly 6.5 miles northeast of downtown Fresno
Lucescu Realty’s Mark Lucescu represented the seller and procured the buyer.
