Brixmor Begins $53M Redevelopment of Westridge Court

Brixmor Property Group has begun work on a $53 million redevelopment of Westridge Court, a shopping center located in Naperville.

The project will rebrand the 91,000-square-foot site as Block 59, and the plans call for the demolition of an underutilized two-story building to make way for a restaurant and entertainment district with an event plaza. The open-air project will include The Cheesecake Factory, Yard House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Shake Shack, and Stan’s Donuts, alongside additional multi-tenant outparcels with Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk, First Watch, Velvet Taco, Crisp & Green, and Fresh Fin.

The redevelopment, located just minutes from Downtown Naperville, will offer approximately 82,500 square feet of premier dining and entertainment space, enhancing adjacent Westridge Court’s 680,000 square feet of shopping options, including The Fresh Market, Bath & Body Works, Hollywood Palms Cinema, World Market, and Painted Tree Boutiques.
