Brink’s Incorporated Inks 8K-SF Midtown Lease 

Brink’s Incorporated has signed a long-term lease at 400 Madison Avenue, a 200,000-square-foot office property near Grand Central Station in Midtown. Brink’s, a security services provider, will occupy 8,036 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, Lauren Hale, and Michelle Mean represented the landlord, Daishin America LLC, while JLL’s Kyle Young represented Brink’s. 

400 Madison Avenue offers Class A office space and recently underwent a significant capital improvement program, including a new lobby and amenity center. The building features high-end full-floor, pre-built, and build-to-suit office space. Tenants have exclusive access to the second-floor amenity area, which includes a tenant lounge, pantry, and dedicated full-service conference room for up to 25 people.
