Bright Start, Club Pilates and Glowbar Join Jasper in LIC

The Domain Companies, LMXD, the VOREA Group, and Bridge Investment Group have announced three new retail leases totaling approximately 7,600 square feet at Jasper, a $370 million mixed-use development in Hunter’s Point, Long Island City. With the recent 13,800-square-foot lease to Dumbo Market, over 64% of Jasper’s 33,000 square feet of retail space is now leased ahead of its Q1 2025 completion.

The new tenants include Bright Start, a Queens-based early childhood development center with about 4,545 square feet of interior space and an outdoor courtyard; Club Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio with 1,955 square feet; and Glowbar, a facial membership studio occupying 1,104 square feet. All four leases were brokered by Adam Joly and Rachel Cohen at Igloo, representing ownership.

Jasper, located on 5th Street between 50th and 49th Avenues, is a joint venture among The Domain Companies, LMXD, the VOREA Group, and Bridge Investment Group. The development team is in talks with additional potential retailers to fill the remaining space.
