Bright Realty starts work on Crown Centre II in Lewisville

Bright Realty Goes Vertical on Lewisville Class A Office Project

Office development has stalled of late. Bright Realty is bucking the trend. They started work on a $50 million, four-story, 147,000-square-foot Class A office building in Lewisville, just off the Sam Rayburn Tollway. As the second office building in the development, Crown Centre II will go up next to Crown Centre I, which was delivered in 2020 and is currently 89% leased.

The two office buildings are part of a larger Crown Centre development. Upon completion it will include up to 2,000 multi-family units, 3 million square feet of office space and up to five hundred hotel rooms and 140,000 square feet of other non-residential commercial uses including retail. The land encompassing Crown Centre is the last remaining undeveloped land in the Castle Hills community.

Crown Centre II is primarily funded by Bank7, an Oklahoma banking corporation and Sterling Private Capital, LLC.
