Bright Realty Gets OK to Build Out 140-Acre Crown Centre MXU

Developer Bright Realty received approval from the city of Lewisville, TX to build out its Crown Centre mixed-use development. The project at SH 121 Business and SH 121 frontage road will include up to 2,000 multifamily units, three million square feet of office space, up to 500 hotel rooms and covered parking. Crown Centre will also come with three open spaces, containing open space and trails that connect its 35 buildings and outdoor event space.

Construction is underway on Crown Centre’s 109,000-square-foot four-story, Class A office building, at SH 121 and Regent Way. Delivery is expected by mid-2020.

“Crown Centre will serve as a substantial employment center for the city as well as a walkable live, work and play destination,” said Bright Realty’s Chris Bright. The Crown Centre land is also the last remaining undeveloped parcel in the Castle Hills master-planned community.
