Bright Realty has completed Crown Centre II, a $50 million project that features a four-story, 147,000-square-foot office building located at SH 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway and Windhaven Parkway.

Upon completion, the entire Crown Centre development will encompass up to 2,000 multifamily units, 3 million square feet of office space, and up to 500 hotel rooms. The development will also feature three open spaces with lakes and trails connecting its 35 buildings, and 140,000 square feet of additional non-residential commercial uses, including retail and green spaces.

The land encompassing Crown Centre is some of the last remaining undeveloped land in the Castle Hills community. Castle Hills currently includes more than 4,900 single-family homes, six multifamily communities with more than 2,000 apartments and townhomes, condominium developments, a rental home community, as well as hundreds of thousands of square feet in office and retail space.
